Frank established Tri-State at 1927 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn. Joe Sr. came back out of retirement to help Frank and Joe Jr. build the business — bringing decades of industry knowledge and relationships. From day one: accurate diagnostics, honest pricing, work you can see for yourself.
